How FanpageDA handles product information and connected data

FanpageDA is a Facebook Page analytics application. This policy covers information processed when you create an account, connect Facebook, select Pages, synchronize available data, use dashboards, or contact support.

FanpageDA uses Supabase for authentication and related session handling. Account information may include your email address, authentication identifiers, session information, and profile information supplied through the authentication service.

When you authorize Facebook through Meta, FanpageDA processes connection information needed to identify the Facebook account and Pages you selected. This may include Facebook account identifiers and names, Page identifiers and names, permissions, connection status, and authorization information needed to access permitted data.

FanpageDA processes Page information, posts, available Page and post metrics, synchronization status, historical requests, and derived daily analytics used by dashboards, comparisons, configurable columns, and exports.

FanpageDA uses the fanpageda-language cookie to remember English or Vietnamese. Theme preferences may also be stored by the application so your Light or Dark choice can be restored.

Information is processed to authenticate users, maintain authorized Facebook connections, synchronize permitted data, provide dashboards and comparisons, create exports, show connection health, protect operations, troubleshoot the service, and respond to support requests.

FanpageDA depends on Meta for Facebook authorization and available Facebook Page data, and on Supabase for authentication and data services. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy practices where applicable.

Information may be retained while needed to operate FanpageDA, maintain analytics history, troubleshoot the service, or meet applicable obligations. Disconnecting a Facebook account or Page stops that relationship from being treated as connected, but does not necessarily delete previously synchronized posts, analytics, dashboard membership, historical results, or related records. FanpageDA does not promise immediate deletion or a fixed deletion timeframe.

You can choose which authorized Pages to connect, disconnect Page or account relationships, change language and theme preferences, and contact support about your information. Available actions may depend on the connected service and the current V1 functionality.

FanpageDA uses technical and access controls intended to protect the service and connected data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for notifying support if you suspect unauthorized access.

This policy may be updated as the Beta service changes. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is published.
