Terms for using the FanpageDA V1 Beta

By creating an account or using FanpageDA, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FanpageDA v1.0.0 is a Beta service. Features, limits, workflows, and availability may change as the product develops. Access to the FanpageDA Meta App may be restricted during Beta.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information where requested, protecting your login credentials, and for activity performed through your account. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may connect only Facebook accounts and Pages that you are authorized to access or manage. You are responsible for maintaining the permissions required by Meta and for following Meta's applicable terms and policies.

Do not misuse FanpageDA, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload or transmit malicious material, use another person's credentials without permission, or use the service in a way that violates applicable rights or connected-service rules.

FanpageDA depends on Meta, Supabase, and other connected services where applicable. Their availability, permissions, API behavior, and policies may affect FanpageDA. FanpageDA does not control those third-party services.

Analytics are based on data made available by Meta and the permissions of the connected account. FanpageDA does not guarantee that every metric, Page, post, date, or historical range will be available, complete, continuous, or current at all times.

The Beta service is provided on an available basis. It may be interrupted, limited, changed, or discontinued. FanpageDA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of every feature or historical result.

FanpageDA, its product design, application code, branding, and system-created content are owned by OwenJJ or used with permission. These Terms do not transfer ownership to users. User-entered names and external Facebook account or Page names remain associated with their respective owners.

Use of FanpageDA is also governed by the Privacy Policy, including its description of Facebook connections, analytics data, retention, and disconnect behavior.

These terms may be updated as FanpageDA develops. The effective date will be changed when revised terms are published. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
